This high efficiency flame retardant is used as substitution of Sb2O3, and it is different from zinc borate, hydrotalcite or other kinds of synergists. At present, the cost-saving 2000B is mainly used in the modification of ABS, HIPS, PP, PBT, PA, PVC, PE and other kinds of flame retardant.
I. Main Features
1. Good thermal stability; improving the tinting stength without obvious discoloring.
2. Replace Sb2O3 equivalently.
3. With the excellent performance of high brightness, it can save the cost of titanium dioxide.

Ⅲ. Flame Retardant Features
1. With the excellent performance of high brightness and high temperature resistance (TGA 1% mass loss temperature: >600℃), it is perfectly applicable to PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, HIPS and PE, etc.
2. It can replace antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) equivalently and thus saves the production cost.
3. Products using 2000B have same performance in tensile strength and bending strength with products using antimony trioxide modifications. It also has functions of flame retardant, smoke suppression and anti-dripping.
